I have lived with anxiety for a good majority of my life. Some years were harder than others. There was a period of my life when I was a young child where I didn’t sleep at night. I had rituals and routines to help me sleep. It eventually resolved. When I was in college and again when I was just newly married I had a few panic attacks. I had kids, got busy in my career and things resolved again. Then all of a sudden I was once again having panic attacks and anxiety with ruminating thoughts all day long. It was affecting my work and sleep and eventually I needed to see a doctor. I went on meds and gained 50 pounds. I hated the medication and with my doctor’s help, I went back off of the medicine. I went to therapy, use a variety of supplements including CBD daily, meditate, eat a (relatively) healthy diet, drink lots of water and exercise to help control my anxiety. I have been able to handle my anxiety for the past few years very successfully.
I have made it my mission to help others that struggle with anxiety. I’m not a doctor or specialist at all and if you are on medication or under the care of a therapist, I strongly suggest you don’t change anything drastically, but I think ANYONE can use these techniques that I am about to tell you about!!
I’ve learned that it’s all about BALANCE. When your life is in balance it is SO MUCH EASIER to live a mentally healthy life. This balance came to me in the form of a word – Oola.

Oola came into my life a few years ago. I was introduced to it by a friend. I read the book and changed my life. I read the book again and continued on a journey of personal growth. I want to help others gain the balance that I have found in my life.
